WELCOME FUNCTION AND REGISTRATION
Where: Marriott Resort & Spa in the trade display area
Time: 7pm-9pm cocktail food and drinks will be provided

The Conference Welcome Reception is the official start, and welcome to the 2012 NGIA Ride the Wave of Change Conference and Exhibition. This is a most enjoyable social occasion that is both a formal welcome and a great opportunity to just mingle.
Canapés and drinks will be provided while you enjoy the opportunity to catch up with friends and network. Conference satchels and registration information will be distributed at this event. Prizes for the fishing competition will also be awarded at this event.
WEDNESDAY MARCH 14TH
NEXTGEN DRINKS AT TITANIUM BAR
Dress: Casual
Time: 7pm onwards
Location: Titanium bar 30-34 Ferry Ave Surfers Paradise
Meet at the Titanium bar to have a catch up over a beer. This event is open for all delegates to attend but has been organized by the various NextGen Committees. For those of you that don’t want to attend, enjoy the night off and entertain yourselves as you wish.
THURSDAY MARCH 15TH
AWARD WINNERS BREAKFAST

Attendance by invitation only: The 2012 National Award Finalists and Award Sponsors will join together for a special winner’s breakfast. This breakfast is to recognise the outstanding achievements of our winners in becoming a National Finalist and to give them the exclusive opportunity to network with other industry finalists.
YATES 125th BIRTHDAY PARTY DINNER ON MCLARENS LANDING
Time: 5.30pm- 10.30pm
Dress: Hawaiian Theme
Help Yates celebrate their 125th birthday in style on the amazing Island of McLarens Landing. Come along and join the industry in your best Hawaiian outfit, enjoy the fabulous food and drinks by the ocean front whilst taking part in some of the organised activities.
There will be prizes for the best dressed so put on your best Hawaiian gear and come along for some great fun and entertainment.
Buses will depart from the Marriott at 5.30pm sharp so that we can make it in time to see the sun set from the boat that will take us out to McLarens landing.
FRIDAY MARCH 16TH
BEST OF THE BEST AWARDS GALA DINNER
Time: 7pm pre dinner drinks for 7.30pm start

Help us celebrate Industries best at the 2012 Awards Gala Dinner. Enjoy the beautifully renovated venue at the Surfers Paradise Marriott Grand Ballroom overlooking the tropical gardens whilst enjoying great food and beverages and fantastic company. The Awards Gala Dinner will see the announcement and presentation of Awards to the industry’s best. Come along and celebrate our wonderful winners in style and dance the night away.
