Cancellations & refunds -
Registration fees
Notification of any alterations or
cancellations must be sent by post,
facsimile or email to Vicky Spence
Event Management. A full refund of
registration fees, less an administration
fee of $100 will be paid to any
participant cancelling before 17 March
2010. No refunds will be made after
this date. If a registered delegate is
unable to attend, a substitute delegate
is welcome at no additional cost.
Accommodation
Accommodation has been reserved for
delegates at the hotels listed. There
are accommodation options available
for people with disabilities, however
delegates requiring theses facilities
are encouraged to register early and
indicate their requirements in the‘special requirements’ section of this
registration form.
Credit card details will be required
to secure your hotel booking. All
delegates are responsible for paying the
full amount when checking out of the
hotel. Personal or company cheques
will not be accepted unless prior
arrangements have been made directly
with the hotel concerned.
Due to hotel requirements it is
recommended all bookings are
confirmed by 17 March 2010.
After this date bookings cannot be
guaranteed. Please book early to avoid
disappointment.

Cancellations made within 30 days
prior to arrival may incur a charge of
one night’s tariff at the discretion of
the hotel. Cancellations made within 14
days prior to arrival will incur a 100%
cancellation charge.

will incur a $22 processing fee.
