Fishing charter – four spots available!
Due
to changes in plans there are now some spaces available on the fishing trips,
to be held on Monday April 19 before the official commencement of the Conference.
Join with industry peers and enjoy time out relaxing and socialising while
competing to win prizes for the heaviest fish caught offshore and the longest
combined meters of fish. Prizes are sponsored by Dracaena Farm Nursery,
QLD.
The price for the full day, which runs from 7am – 3pm, is $240 per
person and includes reef and game fishing up to 40 nautical miles plus Shimano
game rods and reels spooled with braided line, all fishing tackle, bait,
eskies and ice. Breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and refreshments
will also be provided. All the fish you catch will be cleaned gilled and
gutted and may be kept within NT bag limits.
The price for the half day, which runs from 7 am – 12 noon, is $149
per person and includes reef and game fishing 20 nautical miles offshore
plus Shimano game rods and reels spooled with braided line, all fishing
tackle, bait, eskies and ice. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be
provided.
Also included in the cost of both the full day and half day trips are bus
transfers from your hotel to the wharf and return.
